The reference module has been upgraded on all parameters and can be used to verify and elaborate on all kinds of hires and activities from P-Secure's CV check module.

• Applicants can select references from all companies and activities in their CV
• Mail is automatically sent to the reference
• The reference can confirm or deny the employment relationship, add notes and indicate whether they wish to be contacted by telephone
• Dynamic overview of the status of referrer responses in P-Secure

CV check

‍

The CV check module, used to autogenerate and verify an applicant's CV, is now offered in a version that offers even greater flexibility to adapt the function to the exact requirements your business needs to meet.

P-Secure's CV check has so far been optimised for the most regulated industries, including aviation, where there are very specific and extensive requirements for documentation methods and types of documentation. The new version provides the ability to customize the resume check for all industries and companies that will perform resume checks.

Other minor updates

‍

P-Secure has made several minor updates and adjustments including:

• Age limit on criminal records has changed from 6 days to 30 days
• Report (simple) is deleted and replaced is the certificate
• It is now possible to edit a screening type. Changes will apply to all background checks that are created in the future on the screening type
• Documents previewed via Safari browsers can now be closed with a single click
• Improved auto-reading of ATP PDFs across all browsers and devices
• Education information from the training module is now entered into the CV check

Document upload

We can now introduce our new feature to upload documents belonging to a background check.

‍

This feature allows you to:

‍

• attach one or more documents to a background check
• upload different file types incl. PDF, DOC, DOCX and image files
• categorize files
• edit file names and categories
• preview a file
• download attachments.

This new feature makes your workflow more efficient, as you can now collect all documents related to a specific background check in one place - always ready when you need them.

UI Improvements

• Redesign of case view to provide a better overview
• New case menu that contains all actions and case details

These changes make it easier to navigate around a case as well as to handle the case. You save time and get a better overview.
