P-Secure offers a number of screening categories which can be switched on and off on a case-by-case basis. P-Secure can be used for simple ID checks as well as for detailed background checks.
Screening categories
With P-Secure, you can choose from a variety of screening categories to suit your company's specific needs.

Hotlists
With P-Secure, you can create hotlists yourself or use the predefined hotlists already on the platform.
If an employee is working with technologies that may be the target of espionage or illegal knowledge transfer, you should pay particular attention to relationships with sanctioned countries or competing companies related to those countries.
This list includes countries where there is a particular risk of being recruited by national intelligence agencies. If a person has stayed in one of these countries and is working on projects or has access to information worthy of protection, you should be aware of this potential threat. This also applies to companies domiciled in these countries.
Sanctions lists are one of many data sources which, when juxtaposed with other data sources, can indicate where foreign states are trying to obtain knowledge or products. This can be done through espionage, unwanted transfer of knowledge through research collaborations, acquisition attempts, or attempts to procure sanctioned products.
These lists are compiled and shared between companies and research institutions on an ad hoc basis, e.g. as part of a non-disclosure statement prior to a research project. A common hot list ensures that disability challenges and relationships with problematic competitors are automatically identified.
Identification of applicants associated with countries where there is a particular risk of being enlisted by local terrorist organizations. If a person has resided in these countries, you should be aware of this potential threat in the overall assessment of the person.
Check the applicant's status on Interpol's Red Notice list, which lists people wanted internationally. However, there may be political motives behind a search, so the list should be used with caution.
Politically exposed persons may, because of their position, have access to knowledge sought after by criminal groups or state actors. Therefore, you need to pay special attention to this vulnerability.
