To our existing customers, we offer a supplementary survey of a company. You conduct the automated part of the business survey yourself in your P-Secure license, but if you want to expand the survey and need assistance, you will share the case with a sub-processor. It can be an analysis team from P-Secure or another approved company that has the necessary prerequisites to solve the task.
Review of media coverage to identify negative stories or scandals, examine the company's reputation in the industry, and check on lawsuits and legal disputes.
Including affiliations or substantial collaborations with corporations and other independent legal entities.
Review of financial statements, financial reports, debt and payment history.
Business partners and, if possible, social circles.

Your company uses the P-Secure platform as usual. In case of need of specialized help, an expert is connected to the case. All work is carried out directly on the P-Secure platform, which guarantees high security and efficient case management procedures.

To facilitate this process, a specific framework agreement and a data processing agreement are established. Herein, the analytical unit will be designated as a “sub-processor”, ensuring proper handling and compliance with applicable legislation.
