AMA Group is one of the three companies that have been pre-qualified by the defence to bid for the important work of re-establishing a munitions production in Denmark. The security situation has made clear the need for increased security of supply, including in the field of munitions.

Unfortunately, the experience of other NATO countries shows that the defense industry can be a target for both criminal groups and state actors.

Therefore, it is quite natural that AMA Group is already now preparing for a high level of security. Of course, this also implies carrying out background checks of varying nature, depending on the functions that the employees have to perform.

The project to re-establish a Danish production of ammunition is urgent — therefore it makes sense that we make our skills available to the good forces in AMA, so that safety is in place from the start and production can start as soon as possible.

Peter Bartram, former Chief of Defence and Executive Chairman of AMA group, visited P-Secure to sign a cooperation agreement.

“We will potentially have to hire many hundreds of employees in Denmark, which will require significant HR resources. That's why we need P-Secure, which has automated many of the manual processes, so we can get started quickly,” said Peter Bartram, Chairman of the Board of AMA Group.
