NOKAS is now introducing automated background checks, which ensure objectivity and minimize the risk of human error.
The agreement implies that NOKAS will automate future background checks, ensuring objective treatment of the individual while reducing the risk of human error. Although the decision on whether or not an employee can be hired will still have to be made by an employee of NOKAS, the new process will ensure that all regulatory requirements are complied with and that investigations are carried out on an informed basis.
